🔍 About the Role
THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY POSITION
We’re seeking a resourceful, persuasive, and entrepreneurial Commercial Property Coordinator to join our acquisitions team. Your mission: identify commercial properties that meet our investment criteria, initiate contact with property owners, and secure agreements to bring them under contract using creative financing strategies. Once the deal is secured, our team handles the rest.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on strategic outreach, negotiation, and deal-making. You’ll be the first point of contact in our property acquisition pipeline, helping us expand our portfolio through unconventional but highly effective methods.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Research and identify commercial properties that meet specific investment parameters (location, size, zoning, etc.)
- Use public records, online databases, and creative sourcing to locate property owners
- Initiate contact via phone, email, or direct mail to pitch our acquisition model
- Build rapport with owners and present win-win solutions using creative financing (e.g., seller financing, lease options, subject-to deals)
- Coordinate with our internal team to move qualified properties into contract
- Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, and deal status
🎯 Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and persistence in outreach
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and creative financing strategies (training available)
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or property acquisitions is a plus
